Dr. Dawn Song (she/her), DC, BScKin
Chiropractor, Owner
I was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta where my passion for rehabilitation began through sports. I had the chance to play many sports competitively growing up and then team handball at the national level. Through all this, I experienced firsthand the challenges of injuries, recovery, and returning to the activities that matter most. These experiences shaped my appreciation for effective rehabilitation and inspired me to help others build confidence in their bodies. Along the way, I realized I enjoy hands-on work and find it especially rewarding when I can use those skills to directly help someone feel and function better. From there, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. My education allows me to combine my understanding of human movement with evidence-based manual therapy, exercise, and rehabilitation strategies. My approach focuses on using hands-on treatment alongside active rehabilitation to help patients not only feel better but also understand their bodies and develop the tools needed to build confidence and capacity. I still play handball, while also rock climbing and snowboarding. To balance it out, you will also catch me trying new cafĂ©s, restaurants and bars.Â
